Q: My window measures 31.5 inches inside, what size should I get? A: For inside mount, 31'' * 72'' is ideal with window depth >= 2.4''. For outside mount, 36''*72'' provides better light blackout.

Q: Do you have blinds for shallower windows? A: Currently, we don't offer blinds for shallow windows. Outside mount is recommended as it does not have a minimum window depth requirement.

Q: What chain size does it come with? A: The shade comes with a 2.5 meters metal chain that folds to 1.25 meters to form a loop. The bead size is about 4.5mm * 6mm.
